⏳ Order Processing and Delivery

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Shipping Days: Orders are shipped Monday to Friday; we do not ship on weekends.
  • Delivery Timeframes:
    • Express Shipping: 2-7 business days
    • Standard Shipping: 5-12 business days

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. If there are no scan events within the first 48 hours, please be patient as tracking updates can be delayed. If your order does not arrive within 12 business days, contact us for assistance.

Note: We are not liable for lost or stolen parcels once delivery is confirmed. For added security, consider opting for insurance cover ($3) or signature on delivery. If Australia Post offers a safe drop option and you accept it, we are not responsible for the package. For damaged or leaked items, take them to the nearest post office for assessment to file a claim.


💰 High-Value Items

For high-value items, we recommend adding signature on delivery or insurance. Contact us post-purchase to arrange these options.


⏱️ Shipping Delays

Please allow extra time for deliveries during holidays, busy sale periods, and extreme weather events. Regional and rural deliveries may experience additional delays.


🔄 Returns and Exchanges

  • Return Period: Within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • Conditions for Returns: We only accept returns or exchanges if we sent the wrong products.
  • Options: Store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

🚫 Return Fees

  • If a parcel is returned due to unclaimed delivery or incorrect address, a $17 handling & postage fee applies to re-deliver the parcel.
  • For refunds, $17 will be deducted from the total amount (excluding express shipping charges).

❌ Order Cancellation

  • Change of Mind: We do not accept cancellations for change of mind.
  • Cancellation within 24 Hours: If you provide a valid reason within 24 hours, cancellations are possible, but merchant fees apply:
    • 4% for credit/debit card payments
    • An additional administration/packaging fee of up to $17 applies.
  • No Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours.

💸 Refund Conditions

  • Final Sale Items: Discounted or sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Perishable Goods: Food items cannot be returned.
  • Returned Items: Must be in original packaging with tags/seals intact and show no signs of use.

  3. Return Confirmation: If an error is on our part, we will process a refund or exchange.
